Lazy Lady Cake (Grandpa Garrett's favorite)

 On stovetop heat

• 1 Cup milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 TBS oil

beat 

• 4 eggs until fluffy

add

• 2 Cups sugar

beat until airy, then add

• 2 Cups flour
• 3 tsp baking powder

add hot milk mixture and 2 tsp vanilla

Bake in 9x13 cookie sheet at 350 for 30 minutes

FROSTING

on stove top mix... 

• 1 Cup brown sugar
• 4 TBS butter
• 1/2 Cup whipping cream

Boil for a few minutes then add 1 package of coconut. 

Spread frosting on warm cake
