Hot Bacon Mustard Dressing (TGIF Restaurant)

1 TBS oil

 heat on stove then add 

1 tsp garlic 

1 chopped onion 

 Whisk in: 

1/3 Cup white wine vinegar

1/3 Cup dijon mustard 

1/3 Cup honey 

2 strips crumbled bacon
